Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies
Wow, this was great! I did add the extra 1/2 cup of oats other reviewers mentioned and used crunchy peanut butter. Great taste, awesome texture...a real good cookie!!!

Apple Banana Cupcakes
Great recipe, just what I was looking for. Nice and fluffly, not at all dense and oily tasting like some banana muffins. I added some chopped walnuts, but otherwise followed the recipe.

Pumpkin Gingerbread
Simple to make. Nice and tasty. Tried it with walnuts, but raisins would be a nice addition. Halved the recipe and it still came out great!
