Greek Orzo Salad
AWESOME RECIPE! I had never had orzo before so this recipe was a new one for me, but I loved it! I made the recipe as given, but made sure to mix the feta with the orzo first while the orzo was warm, melting the feta. I also didn't use the marinade before serving but instead used some greek salad dressing. The amount this made was huge! Next time I will 1/2 of 1/4 this recipe. Yes, I will be making this again.

Amazing Italian Lemon Butter Chicken
This recipe was just okay in my opinion, but my family didn't like it at all. They said it was too tangy, and they are big lemon fans. I left the sauce, chicken mixture, & noodles all seperate until serving. My youngest loved the chicken, alone, without the sauce. I only used 1/4 of the butter it called for and the sauce did not seperate.

Pink Pie
This pie wasn't bad for a last minute dessert. I actually halfed it and used 1/2 strawberry jello and 1/2 peach jello since there was enough for 2 pies (That way, I had 1 peach & 1 strawberry pie). I also made sure the jello mixture was at room temp. before folding in the fluffed evaporated milk. They both turned out great!!
