Blueberry Zucchini Bread
Excellent. I followed others' suggestions and used 1/2 cup apple sauce and 1/2 vegetable oil. I also used 1 1/2 cups of sugar. Made into muffins.

Big Al's K.C. Bar-B-Q Sauce
Excellent. Instead of using tomato sauce, I used 1/4 cup Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce and omitted the cayenne.
