Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I
Would have rated this 5-stars, but the original recipe needs all of the tweaks & tips from other reviewers in order to really make it 5-star worthy! This is a super easy stroganoff recipe & my family loved it!

Sally's Spinach Mashed Potatoes
This is one of my go-to side dishes any time we're serving beef. My entire family loves these, and the kids don't even complain about eating their spinach! I sometimes whip the potatoes using my hand mixer for an almost souffle like texture.

Mini Pumpkin Butterscotch Muffins
I made these a regular muffins instead of minis & they were great! I had people begging for the recipe, both at work & at my children's schools. Great fall treat!
