Blueberry Buckle II
This was too salty and too much baking powder. Even added 1 extra cup of sugar, a small tin of pineapple, and more fresh blueberries. Ice cream didn't even help it. If I try it again will add only 1 tsp baking powder and a lot less salt. Sorry, but this was recipe is out of proportion A blueberry fanatic on Michigan's Blueberry Coast

Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread
This is the most fabulous moist and tasty soda bread I have ever had. It was worth the trip to the store for the buttermilk. Kudos from all at work for the St Patricks Day potluck! It was also the easiest bread recipe I have ever seen. :)

Vinegar Pickled Carrots
Easy to make and stayed mostly crisp. Worked well with ziplock bag in the fridge. (course had to prop up so it didn't leak ;) Rave reviews from the tudor feast I did this for!
