Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Only used 5 apples. Mixed the sauce with the apples and saved a little to glaze the crust. Used "Best Ever Pie Crust" from this site and it was a huge hit!

Couscous with Chickpeas and Carrots

Awesome! I used 1 cup dried coucous because I didn't have a package. Also added about 1 to 2 tsp of onion soup mix at the end while it was sitting. I loved it! Really fast and easy!

Husband liked it but I did not. A few key things I would change IF I made this again: Use vanilla yogurt and either reduce or omit the almond extract and I think it would make it 4 possibly 5 stars.
