These were so good! I gave them out for christmas and got phone calls on how good they were :) and they were really easy too.

Very nice :). I didnt have the heavy cream so i used egg nog! and i dint have pecans so i used crushed almonds (although im sure the pecans would have been a LOT better) but the almonds still tasted good and I got raves about the recipe. It was great! I'm sure my 8 y/o would have loved this as well!

yum! I made mine into 1" balls and flattened them. Then I dipped half the cookie in the choclate/shortening mixture THEN rolled the edge of the cookie (with the chocolate on it) into crushed candy cane.. drooool. If you like mint chocolate then you will love the candy cane on it :) Thanks for a great cookie recipe!
