This pie was DELICIOUS!! I'm glad I doubled the recipe, everybody loved it! This was the first time I ever attempted a lemon meringue pie and I succeeded after trial and error with the meringue part. If there are beginners like me out there, make sure that your eggs are at room temperature before starting this recipe and you don't get a drop of yolk in your egg white because your meringue will not form peaks. This is what happened to me and I ended up wasting eggs due to this. But it was worth it in the end when the meringue turned out perfectly! One thing I would do differently next time, is not mixing in the meringue in the lemon part as it loses its bright yellow appeal.

This cake was delicious!! I made it for my daughter's 1 year old B-day party and everybody loved it. It was a big conversation topic. I have to admit that I was a little worried after I added the cup of boiling water, cause it was really runny. But it turned out perfect. I used whipped cream cheese frosting... Delicious!!! Thanks for the great recipe, I will definitively make this cake again.

I was a little disappointed with this recipee. The sauce was nice and thick while preparing it, but came out of the oven like water. The only thing I did differently is that I substituted ricotta cheese with cottage cheese. I made sure to thaw and drain the spinach well. Leftovers were better, the sauce had seemed to thicken in fridge.

These muffins are really easy to make and they turned out great. I only had & used 2 bananas instead of 3 and they were still delicious!!

I love this recipee, I found it quite a while ago and never cooked scallops any other way since. I have had many compliments from guests on this recipee. They are perfectly delicious!! But, if you are not a big fan of garlic just put 1 clove instead of 3. Thanks for the great recipe.

These are great cookies!! The only thing I would recommend is changing the cooking temperature to 325 degrees F and 8-9 minutes. My first batch burnt in 6 min with the 375 temperature.
