Wow!! So easy, yet so good! I made this and put it in pretty decorative tins for Christmas gifts for my husbands many relatives. Everyone went on and on about how good it was. To keep it from sticking I lined the pan with Reynolds non-stick foil, and the brittle came right off.

This meatloaf was awesome! I grew up hating meatloaf..but decided to give it another chance because my husband really likes it. His exact words after he finished eating were "That was outstanding, you have to make that again." Even my picky 3 year old daughter who never eats anything gobbled this up. Thank you, this recipe is a keeper. In fact I have already added it to my recipe box!
