Cajun Chicken Pasta

My uber picky husband loved it. Add more Parm and add while sauce cooks. Parm also helps thicken faster. Excellent.

original recipe don't leave out the kraut or paste! Those are the key ingredients. Drop in some bay leaves!

Bread Machine Pumpernickel Bread

Perfect! Made 2 days in a row! Everyone loves it. I used Blackstrap Molasses. And additional 1/4 cup more of water.

I used 3TB cornstarch and just dissoved it in the broth added another cup since it all looked dry (didn't have bullion). I added fresh sliced mushrooms and garlic. Let me tell you! It smelled incredible baking although it looked a bit suspicious at first. My husband is completely spoiled and always has a suggestion on how I could have made it better or just be a food critic. He ate 2/3 in one sitting. Left me a bowl. So satisfying and hearty. Delicious! You cannot go wrong here people. The beef was ever so tender. Needless to say I shined...for once.

Springtime Potato Salad

Excellent IF you reduce the sugar to maybe 1tb or 1 1/2 tb. Add scallions and this salad rocks! I made it many times and everyone always loves it.

Pear Honey Cranberry Sauce

I had a similar recipe to this. Adding the lemon is a definite taste bonus. This is the definite side I bring for Mom's turkey. Everyone always loves it.
