Baked Chicken Nuggets

Sorry but the herbs were too overwhelming for the kids and they did not like the taste very much. Followed directions exactly.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

I thought this was very good but the kids only thought it was okay and they said that they prefer other beef stew recipes from this site. My only change was to add some peas.

Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce

Made for lunch today and it went over very well. The chicken was very flavorful. I added some white wine to the sauce and doubled the sauce as I served it over white rice. Thanks

Good and easy. I went the cheaters way and added a jar of spaghetti sauce and took other reviewers advice and added extra seasonings (Italian seasoning and fresh garlic.) I then tranferred to a casserole dish and took RanValRJ's advice and put french fried onions on half of the mixture and left the other as is. Baked in the oven for a few minutes and was pleasantly suprised that everyone preferred the side with the french fried onions. Who would have known. Thanks!

Shrimp Scampi III

This was very good. Followed the directions for the most part but I added extra wine, fresh basil and a little bit of red pepper flakes for a little kick. I did not measure anything out as I made extra sauce and served it with a crusty bread for soaking the sauce up. Make sure to just use a litte bit of bread crumbs at a time as it depends how thick you want the sauce.

Mahogany Chicken Wings

These were good just coming out of the oven but by the next day they were just okay. 2nd attempt (8/25) - The taste is very good but the problem I have is that the sauce does not stick well or thicken up. I finally let them cook for quite awhile trying to get the sauce to thicken up and then I also ended up putting them on the grill. That worked but not quite sure it was worth it.

Pistachio Crusted Chicken

We did not like with the pistachio nuts but liked much better wihtout them. If I make again, I will try a different kind of nut.

Gnocchi in Fontina Sauce

Sorry but this did not go over well with my family. The sauce is way to thick and we were just not thrilled with the taste. Will keep looking. Thanks for letting us try
