Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating
Very good and easy to prepare. I used panko in place of the bread crumbs and cut the amount of honey just a bit. My husband said it's a keeper!

Baked Cod
Very tasty and easy to make! I didn't have stuffing croutons so I used lemon pepper panko that I had on hand. This has gotten rave reviews both times I've made it.

Margarita Salmon
This is now my go to recipe for salmon. I love that it doesn't overpower the salmon - just gives it a great taste. We marinade for an hour or so and then grill. My husband says it's a keeper!
