Stovetop Pork Chops and Potatoes
This was really easy to make and got good reviews from the family. I added fresh mushrooms and ended up finishing in the oven. Thanks for the recipe.

Foolproof Rib Roast
This was absolutely foolproof! Like others I was somewhat sceptical at first, but thought I'd give it a try. I did as another rater suggested and rubbed all over with olive oil then added steak seasoning. We made this for Christmas dinner and it turned out perfectly. Thank you!
