Chicken Marsala
Great! I used golden mushroom soup instead of chicken broth. I also sauted shallots and garlic with the mushrooms. I served over mashed potatoes with scallions. Definately a keeper.

Elegant Mushroom Soup
Excellent! Just made this for lunch. It was so easy. I used leeks, celery and shallots in place of onions. I put half of it through the food processer and the texture was subperb. Fiancee was very impressed.
