Carrot Souffle
Wasn't the most beautiful looking but it sure was tasty! I used canned carrots instead of boiling fresh ones to save time and it was still delicious. Even my husband was impressed! I'll definitely be making this again... and I'll be doubling the recipe next time!

Bacon Ranch Pea Salad
Made this for a BBQ this past weekend and it was a huge hit! It was SUPER easy to make and everyone thought it was delicious. It's sure to become a summer BBQ staple at our house!

Bacon Cheddar Deviled Eggs
Made these for a get-together this past weekend and they were gobbled up in 2 minutes flat! I used bacon bits instead of frying up the bacon myself to save time and effort and no one noticed the difference. I'll definitely be making these again.
