Fantastic recipe. I found this while looking for something to make in order to use up some of the 10lbs of apples my children picked a couple of months ago. My children absolutely loved it! Since then my children refuse to eat store bought applesauce. They will only have this one.

Hot Toddy

I made this with tea instead of just hot water, I'm not a fan of watered down whisky. Didn't have lemons so I used lemon tea instead. It was delicious. My throat feels great and I'm nice and toasty warm. I would definitely make this again

London Broil II

The first time I made this I marinated overnight and I could not believe how juicy and tender the steak was. Absolutely delicious. Even my father in law who doesn't eat much steak was coming back for seconds. The most recent time recent time I made it, the steak was pretty thick so to be on the safe side I pierced it several times and doubled up on the recipe. It marinated for only 3 hours and it was absolutely delicious. You would think it had been marinated overnight instead of just a couple of hours. Great recipe that's become a family favorite

Kikkoman Chinese Pepper Steak

I'm very picky when it comes to my pepper steak, but this was very good. Just a tad bit salty for my taste though. Other than that it was great and I would definitely try it again.

Crab Bites

I made a couple of changes to it. I used less cream cheese than was asked for. I also baked them for a few minutes. They were absolutely delicious. I set them out and they were gone in less than 20 minutes. I had to send my husband out to get more phyllo shells. I'm definitely planning on making these again. I didn't have a single complaint. Even my husband who does not eat seafood of any kind had some.

Ranch Dressing I

Too much Dill. Next time I'll follow other users advice and cut the dill in half. Other than that it's absolutely delicious... much better than anything you'd get at the store.

Frost Me Nots

I don't get what I did wrong. I've tried this recipe a couple different times, but the top always caves in the last 5 minutes of baking. It tastes great though, so if anyone has any suggestions on how to stop them from caving, I would definately try it again.

Stuffed Shells I

Butter Cream Frosting II

I used butter in place of the margarine and cut the sugar back to 4 cups instead of 5. I have a sweet tooth, but my husband doesn't. This recipe managed to please us both. Very easy to spread also. Thanks, I'll never have to use store bought frosting again.

Absolute Stress

I didn't have orange juiceand it calls for vodka anyway, so I used Absolute Mandarin. Pretty strong drink, but just what the doctor ordered. Definitely going to become a favorite of mine. Going to be trying it the way it was written as soon as I get some orange juice.

Butter Flaky Pie Crust

I used this pie crust for my first attempt at homemade apple pir. It was absolutely perfect. I would suggest though, definitely let it sit in the refridgerator overnight. I let it sit for only 4 hours when in a rush, it was good, but definately it turns out better if it sits overnight.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
