Being puertorican, it's definately got to be Spanish rice and pernil.
My cooking triumphs
a few years back I decided that I wanted to try my hand at baking a homemade apple pie... from scratch. Afer a few of failed attempts, I finally got it perfected... or so my family tells me. It's become a family favorite.

I've tried several times, but as of this moment, just can't seem to get the spaghetti sauce right.
