Italian Style Pork Chops
Very good. I didn't have any butter or saltine crackers, so I dipped the chops in egg and used Ritz crackers for the breading. It was pretty tasty. Thanks for the recipe!

Scalloped Potatoes and Onions
Very good, exactly as written. I usually love cheese with my potatoes, but I didn't even miss the cheese with this dish.

Kelli's Baked Halibut
I used Ritz crackers instead of saltines, and added parmesean cheese as other reviewers suggested. It turned out great. Thanks for an excellent recipe!
