Tasty. The balsamic vinegar overpowered the other flavors so I would cut back a little on that next time. But good flavor and great with the onions and blue cheese.

Creamy Rice Pudding

Wow this was good. I realized after I started making it that I ran out of milk..so I used cream instead and it was delicious! Very rich and creamy. Also, definitely add cinnamon and nutmeg. Tops it off!

Autumn Spice Ham Steak

This was so good. I have made it many times. I agree with other users, cook the apples first. I cooked them in butter for about 10 minutes (until soft) then add everything else. I also used a little extra syrup so there was more sauce. Very good. You can also use thick sliced deli ham. Works great.

Fresh Spinach and Sun-Dried Tomato Lasagna

The nice thing about this recipe is that you can use whatever vegetables you have on hand..I used bell peppers and asparagus in place of the carrot, onion and mushrooms and it turned out great. The only thing I would change is add more sun dried tomatoes...they are so good that 2 is not enough! Tasted great!

Strawberry Dream Cake II

Excellent cake! For a great presentation, I melted semi sweet chocolate with a little shortening and drizzled it all over the top of the cake and then placed fresh whole strawberries on top.

Frosted Banana Bars

This was very good. I made one batch according to the recipe and the other batch I added chocolate chips to it and used vanilla frosting as opposed to cream cheese. I liked it better (I am a chocolate lover)! I also think the vanilla frosting tasted better than the cream cheese (unless you're using homemade!) Great recipe for parties.

Better Than Sex Cake II

YUM! This cake was great. Very rich. I did what some of the other users suggested and bought heath bar bits in the baking section, but I think next time I will actually buy the candy bar and chop it up into chunks. The bits didn't have chocolate on them and they were too small. I think the real thing is the best way to go! Also, I will make this again and try using different candy bars like snickers or caramellos. Definitely a keeper and a hit at parties!
