Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Scrumptious! Everyone loved them! Edit: I have made these numerous times. I have experimented by adding peanut butter (2 cups for the entire batch) which turned out excellent. Next time I will add oatmeal. Can do so many variations with this and they are always excellent. And See's Candies large baking chips are great with it!

I thought this was pretty good but it definitely needs a meat or vegetable added to it. I added sun dried tomatoes and that was good, but next time I'd probably add ham.

Cheesiest Potato Soup

Excellent. Easy to make and very tasty. I recommend serving it like the picture shows, in a bread bowl with sour cream, bacon, cheese and chives on top! So tasty!

Country Breakfast Casserole

Wow this was a hit! I had to make copies of the recipe for everyone. I make a lot of breakfast recipes and this one is excellent!!! If you like a little kick, use hot sausage, it's great! Otherwise it's great just as is...needs no changes!

Hot Bacon Dressing

My husband said this was "outstanding" and he's pretty particular, especially with salads....I served this dressing (using only 1/2 the sugar per other reviews and adding a little of the bacon grease to it) over spinach leaves, tomato, hard-boiled egg, a little feta cheese and candied pecans (sounds like a strange combination but it was an excellent blend of flavors.) Thanks for a great dressing!

Baked Eggs

This is a good foundation for adding on-hand ingredients. I added spicy chicken sausage, onions and tomato, and it was still a little bland. I think I'd add something to give it a little kick, like some green chiles. Overall an easy and good casserole.

Very good. The only substitution I made was instead of italian sausage, I used Cajun Chicken sausage...very tasty and added a nice "kick" to it.

Bourbon Pecan Chicken

Wow! This was better than I thought it was going to be. I used Candied Pecans and when I chopped them up for the coating, I left a lot of big pieces in there (which was great, when we ate it there were big bite size pieces). My husband loved it and gave it 5 stars!
