I am from Mesa AZ, but in the last few years I have done some traveling and have experience a lot of new things, like food, or cooking styles. Im very happy to incorprate the new things I have tried into the things and techniques I already know. Coming from a long line of fantasitc cooks, I hope to learn from them, and teach others, including passing it on to my kids one day. I love working over a grill or stove top. I hate to have to use a recipe and stick to it. So I always change them and make them even better. My Grandpas Fudge, my dads steak, my step moms bread sticks, my mom taking me out for Sushi on Wednesday. I have sucessfully created more than one cake that no one has ever made before. I can never follow a recipe to a "T". I feel they can always be improved.
