I made a checkerboard chocolate and strawberry caker, and this is quite possibly the best strawberry cake recipe I've EVER tried to make. It rose beautifully with a lovely delicate pink colour. Tastes like sweetened fresh strawberries, and is well worth every moment spent making it.

Lemon Orange Cake

Excellent! The only change I made to lessen the fat was to use 8oz sugar/fat free lemon yogurt in place of the shortening. For the frosting, I used 8oz cream cheese and only 2 1/2C icing sugar. Great!

Pineapple Sunshine Muffins

Oh My... These have to be the best muffins I've ever eaten! I made half exactly as the recipe states and the other half with a dollop of cream cheese mixed with pineapple in the middle.. Both are absolutely fabulous! Thank you so much for sharing!

Austrian Jam Cookies

This recipe is great!!! The dough was a bit crumbly, but as other reviewers suggested, a bit of milk on the fingers when rolling does the trick! Thankyou for a quick and easy thumbprint recipe!
