Awesome!! This is comfort food with a capital "C". Increased the quantity of the veggies and ham to full cups. Used half water and half canned chicken broth. Did add the full amount of chicken bouillon granules. Omit the salt and easy on the pepper. Great meal on a cold day with a loaf of warm, crusty bread.

Easy Roasted Pork

This was not really to my taste. Much to sweet and needed more zip. I did add onion, which helped a bit, but still needed more flavor.

Spinach Quiche

Very good. Will cut butter and cheese to half the amount next time. Did not have herb feta cheese. Used plain and added 1 tsp Herbes de Provence seasoning and 1 tsp Italian Herb seasoning. Served this with a green salad to a couple of friends for lunch. They raved about it. Both in looks and taste.

Sausage Mushroom Quiche

Wonderful recipe. Only used half pound sausage, which was more then enough. Also, added a bit of finely diced onion and 4-5 drops of hot sauce. Needed two 9" pie crusts or one 10" deep dish pie crust. I've since made this twice and the second time I pre-baked the crust for 10-15 min. The crust came out more flaky with out a soggy bottom.

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Crab Quiche

This quiche is wonderful. Didn't have parmesan cheese so I used Pecorino Romano and needed to bake 45 min and not 30 min as the recipe calls for. Will make it again and again.

Rempel Family Meatloaf

I have tried many recipes for meatloaf and this one is definitely the best. Like many others I only used 1/2 package of the onion soup mix and added a bit of garlic. Next time will add another tablespoon of steak sauce for additional zip.
