Authentic Louisiana Red Beans and Rice
All I can say is YUMMMMMMMMMM!! This is sooooo good. I couldn't wait for the rice and cornbread. The recipe is fine and the only adjustments I made was adding ham pieces that was from a shank I had. I would guess around 1 cup and I used smoked sausage because andouille sausage is a rarity in Detroit. I also used 1 Tablespoon of Tony's Cajun Seasoning instead of 1 tsp. We like semi crunchy celery so next time I will add it when I add the sausage. I hope this freezes well.....that is if there is any left! Thanks Miami! This is in my recipe box!

Quick-Stuff Pork Chops
This was soooooo good. Love the way the chops turned out and it was full of flavor. I added fresh sliced mushrooms to the sauteed celery and onions. I think I will try cornbread stuffing as another reviewer used and see how that turns out. My family was looking for more. Definately will cook again!!

Pineapple Cobbler
I made this recipe before exactly. I keep getting requests for this dessert. I dont have a problem with the quantity of butter (i use margarine) but it wouldnt hurt to cut the butter. In addition to the batter, before I add the milk, I sprinkle a dash or two (or three)cinnamon. It changes the taste. Try it.
