Barbie's Tuna Salad
the best tuna salad I have ever made. Hubby demands that we have at least once/week. I have sub'd garlic salt for garlic powder and have also on occasion eliminated the dried onion (only because I didn't have items on hand) and it is still delicious. Thanks so much for this recipe!

Sweet and Spicy Sweet Potatoes
Wow, after all the great reviews I thought I would love this. But the taste of this blend of spices was strange to my whole family. Ended up throwing half of it out. Will not make again.

Company Cauliflower
This is just a great side dish. The men in my family are not vegetable eaters and they love this. I make the recipe just as described, but do add salt and pepper for flavor and top with french fried onions rather then breadcrumbs. C'est magnifique!!
