I put my cooking level as "intermediate" because I only consider people like Emeril Lagasse, Michael Chiarello, Mario Batali, and John Besh to be "experts"!!! Everything - especially on a cold, rainy, and/or winter's day!!! Also - love to cook and have a great dinner ready for when my husband gets home from work!! Christmas Cookies at Christmas and Pumpkin cookies and roasted pumpkin seeds in the Fall! And - of course - my husband's fabulous apple pie!! Fixing the perfect New Orleans Gumbo for a small dinner party!
