Ham with Apricots
This is really good. I was worried that 2 T cornstarch would make the sauce too thick, since I wanted to up it over rice. I only used 1 T and it came just the right consistency. I also worried that the long cooking time in the microwave would dry out the ham. I cooked the first time for 5 minutes and the second time for 6 minutes. Just right. I don't like ham that much but I will make this again.

Asparagus-Turkey Pasta Toss
When I told my husband that I was going to serve this for dinner, he wanted to go out for burgers. I served it the next day. He hates anything that looks like a cassarole, so I put the asparagus on top of the pasta and sauce. He cut up the aspargus and mixed it in, then said that this was a keeper!

Basic Chicken Stock
I was startled at how good this is! I had boiled the turkey carcass and decided to try using the water to make broth. I will definitely do it again.
