Chinese Green Bean Stir-Fry
very good. was a hit with the hubby who is a big asain food fan. pretty easy to make as well

Watermelon Fire and Ice Salsa
Served this at a 4th of July party and it was a BIG hit. Did have to add a LOT more of the ingredients to the watermelon (garlic, onion, jalepenos) to get it to have enough 'kick' to fit our taste - but still a GREAT recipe. Just alter it to fit your preferences

Lemon Almond Tea
Loved this. Was a big hit at my open house. Take heed to the instructions of adding the soda just before serving...and use only the portions you think you need. I made the entire batch at once and the leftovers went "flat". Hated that I did that because I would have LOVED to enjoy it several more days!
