Potato Beef Casserole
Yummy! Everyone loved this (12yr old, 8yr old and hubby.) Very easy to make. Added a bag of frozen mixed veggies, used cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of chicken. Definitely a keeper! Thanks.

Melt - In - Your - Mouth Shortbread
Excellent!!!Melted in my mouth. Can't wait for my mother to try them as this is her favorite cookie..Did like few others recommended and whipped the butter for 10 minutes. Will make many times over. Thank you.

Soft Pineapple Cookies
Very soft and moist. Used dark brown sugar-(all I had). Doubled the recipe as I only had a 20 oz can of chunked pineapple. ( I put the pineapple in the blender and made crushed.) Thanx Lady Jade.
