Great, easy recipe. Everyone gobbled it up! I did like others and used a less expensive piece of pork. Definitely making again! My mom asked for the recipe because my brother loved it too and he is the pickiest person ever!

Great recipe! I was out of the box stuff that I normally use and my kiddos wanted waffles. I found this and luckily had everything on hand. Super easy! It's a great base recipe to add other things to. My kids gobbled these up. Can't wait to play around with this recipe and see what kinds of things we can come up with! The first request was banana waffles.

I added some kidney beans to it but it was great as is. LOVE this one.
