Anniversary Chicken I
This did not sound appetizing to me, but I was living at my sister's and she wanted to try it. I made it and we all LOVED it. It is now a staple in both of our households. Better with real bacon crumbled on top (of course). We also marinated the chicken in the sauce beforehand.

Cincinnati Chili I
This was delicious. Of course, my all-time favorite food is anything with a Mexican mole sauce. This tasted like mole. If you don't like mole, you probably won't like this. But, I thought it had amazing depth. I love the way you eat it and wonder, what was that flavor!?! I will make this again.

Zucchini Risotto
This was really good. I did add more zucchini and I used chicken broth instead of stock. Other than that, I followed the rest of the recipe.It turned out creamy and very tasty. This would be a recipe worthy of entertaining with. For those that can't seem to get their risotto soft, just be patient and keep cooking (it usually takes about a half hour of stirring and slowly adding broth) . You may need more broth than the recipe calls for. It will get there, I promise!
