Favorite Old Fashioned Gingerbread
This was an easy recipe and my family loved it!! I changed the recipe by doubling it, then only using 1/2 the butter and subbing 1/2 c applesauce for the other half of the butter and I used 2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice instead of the other spices. It was delicious served with a dollup of fresh whipped cream!!

Cowboy Oatmeal Cookies
I loved this recipe! The combo of the margarine and the oil made a chewy cookie on the inside and a crisp cookie on the outside! I used 1/2 c of pecans and also added 1 teaspoon of vanilla. I am definately going to use this recipe again....they were beautiful too!
