Fast and Easy Tofu Lo-Mein
The tofu is a great substitute for meat in this recipe. I used beef flavored noodles. This made a healthy and delicious main course.

Zucchini Cake III
The cake was moist and filling. I left the glaze off and it was very tastey without it. Easy to bring along on a picnic, no messy frosting.
