Chicken Makhani (Indian Butter Chicken)

mmmm.. my whole family loved them! I made mini cupcakes which took 15 minutes to bake (puffed and toothpick clean). Also, I substituted some flour and milk in the cream cheese mixture instead of egg (because I was making 1/2 a recipe and didn't feel like using 1/2 an egg)and it still worked well. Finally, I blobbed the cream cheese on top and kind of swirled the chocolate batter over top with a toothpick to make it pretty. I used paper cups in the mini muffin tin, but they ended up being a little difficult to peel (the two extra big cupcakes I made peeled fine) so I think I would rather just grease the pan next time. I will definitely make these again!

Cow Pies

They are very yummy and I made them as is written. Next time I think I will cream the butter, peanut butter, and sugar first. Then add the eggs, corn syrup, vanilla, and baking soda, and so on. This just seems more logical since mixing the thick peanut butter and butter into the liquidy eggs was a bit awkward.

Chocolate Mousse Cake II

It is really rich, so don't over estimate what you can eat, but it is sooo amazingly good! Some people who tried it with me thought a basic brownie on the bottom would be tastier than the crust here because this crust recipe is a tad oily tasting. I will try something different on the bottom, but the mousse is amazing! I also froze it for a couple weeks with no problems. The crust was just a bit hard to cut until it thawed, but the mousse was perfect frozen or thawed.

Sour Cream Waffles

I used flavoured yogurt instead of plain and they were delicious! If you are not going to eat them right away, keep them warm and crisp by sitting them directly on the oven rack at about 175 F.

Ranch Dressing II

This was super delicious adn easy to make! We used the buttermilk in place of the sour cream which made it easier to pour. We also used some of our own herbs. It is so much better than store bought! I am so glad we tried it, thanks for the recipe!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Squares

very yummy. I brought these to a youth Christmas party and people enjoyed them alot. They are rich so it is nice to just have a little piece, then they don't disappear so fast! Great recipe, thanks!

Absolutely the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yummy! I found that depending on the type of pan I used, they baked a bit differently. So you might want to watch them when they are getting close to being done and choose when you think they are ready instead of totally relying on the timer. Also, I used just plain butter and vanilla extract instead of the shortening and Mexico stuff and they were still great!
