Peach Cobbler for Two
This was excellent! I used a 16 oz bag of frozen peaches and doubled the dough amount as other users suggested. I really really liked the topping, it was almost cookie-ish and not too biscuit-y like some recipes. This made 4 servings the way I prepared it, and I baked it in a pie plate and it was ready in 20 minutes. My frozen peaches weren't very sweet so they could have used more sugar, but I'm sure that varies based on the fruit used. I would add a pinch of cinnamon to the filling next time.
