Hubby and I both cook around the house. We are part time vegetarians. He likes complicated recipes, I like simply elegant recipes. We like to try new things, and we like themed meals. I invented my own gourmet meatloaf. Hubby loves meatloaf, but neither of us have ever tried to make it. Since he likes fancy stuff, and I like Italian stuff, I spent some time coming up with a gourmet Italian meatloaf. It is SO delicious. This is something I would expect from a GOOD Italian/American restaurant.
