Now this one I make OFTEN. I have spread its tastiness around the globe by recommending it to various friends. It's easy to adjust the heat to your personal tastes, or to adjust the spices (I do it with taco-seasoning mix sometimes), and serve with a salad and or a roll and that's a very satisfying winter dinner! It also makes a huge portion.
