Biscuit-Topped Chicken Pot Pie

This picture is pretty terrible. I like to think of my pictures as the reality of what the average person is able to do with a recipe at home -- this is a very LOOSE pot pie, so if served at a temperature hot enough to eat, it falls all apart, like so. This is surely why the stock photo shows it still in pie form, in an overhead view, like looking into the ocean! The flavor is ok, nothing special, nothing terrible. Increase the thyme, it's not noticeable. Better yet, replace the thyme with poultry seasoning and celery seed (or real butter-fried celery).
