I made a single boneless skinless chicken breast for my husband that night to go with some vegetarian dinner I was having, and I chose this recipe. There's nothing wrong with it to justify the 3.5 star rating, but it would certainly require more effort on the part of the home cook to make it a 5 star one either. It tastes decent and is super simple; this would make good salad meat.
