These are pretty tasty, but quite bland, and EXTREMELY high in fat & calories as written. You need to add extra veggies to stretch the serving size & thin it out before it's a realistic menu item for many folks. (Seriously, this contains more fat grams than most people eat all day unless they planned ahead to have alfredo or fried chicken, "event" food for many people, yet this dish is marketed as a "healthy" option.) This needs more spices for us, but that's super easy to do. I didn't comment on the fat & calories on the actual review because that's a bit inappropriate IMO - I mean it's not like I didn't know ahead of time what was in it! So we *did* treat this like "event" food, budgeting our calories carefully.
