This was very good. Mine doesn't look like everyone else's, though, I guess because I didn't cut my potatoes up small enough. 1/4 inch cubes is ridiculous to do by hand, but if I had a mandolin...oh, and a dollar for every time I thought "if only I had a..."! Still this was very tasty, I used light Ranch and not an entire bottle of it either, (gross), and white cheddar or pepper jack or something like that because I'm cheap like that and use what I have on hand as long as it's the same basic genre of cheese.
