This was super good. My husband was actually sad that this got eaten up (um, mostly by me!) before he got around to having a 2nd piece (we treated it kind of like dessert, so he kept skipping it). I'm sure that what made this recipe stand out was the butter over the top; you could do that with any loaf-style recipe you liked, though.
