We didn't like it. Like, at all. It looks delicious, doesn't it? It lies--it tastes like sour cream and overcooked canned beans, and not in a good way. I don't even have a recommendation for how to fix it. Perhaps hot sauce and garlic paste. But then you have a totally different side dish than you were going for. I won't make it again. I did give it a 3 though as I think it IS what many people like. I just think that there's better ways for me to put that many calories and fat in my green beans--like, cooking them in bacon fat.
