Half turkey, half beef. I stacked the cheeses on top because I don't like it when my expensive blue cheese oozes out of the burger and gets crusted onto my expensive pans. The "stuffed" burger method works pretty good, but I wind up with slightly rare meat in the middle, and can't eat it. The mix-it-all-up method is the one that causes my cheese to ooze and my pans to burn! Sooo I'm a stacker :-)
