We used Italian sausage, frozen chopped spinach, and lots o cheese. We didn't like this much. The spinach was either TOO MUCH or I needed to incorporate it using a blender or something because it overwhelmed us. I grant you we don't sit around going "Awesome, cooked spinach!" and eat it like that, but we do eat raw spinach 4-5 times a week so we generally like the flavor of it, but somehow in here it was not what I'd hoped for. My distaste was bad enough that I probably won't try again.
