Beef Florentine
WOW. This was more than I had hoped for. My husband went back for thirds, and the kids both went for seconds. One of the few recipes I have found that the whole family enjoys. The only change I made was using steak cut into small chunks instead of ground beef. Thanks for a real keeper!!

Modenese Pork Chops
These truly were the best tasting chops I have had in a long time. I was in a hurry and needed a quick dinner and this worked perfect. definately will use again.

Baked Eggs
i am not an egg eater but these are very good, and even though I can cook eggs however the family wants them they have asked for these the last few times. I am making them again today and will take the suggestion of adding the bacon and mushrooms to them. Thanks for an easy recipe the whole family enjoys.
