My Crab Cakes
I used this as a basic recipe and took the advice in other reviewers and added my own personal touches. Delicious! Made these for a party (shaped them smaller) and only got to try one! Even better the next day! I used both canned and imitation crab, doubled the Old Bay, added Old Bay Lemon and Herb seasoning, reduced the crackers, gave it a squeeze of Honey Dijon mustard, and used Italian style bread crumbs. I will be making this again!
