Turkey Goulash
I thought that this was a good base recipe, but I only used 10 oz of turkey instead of a pound and there was way more than enough meat - too much, really. Next time I will double up on the tomato and other ingredients then freeze the leftovers for another day.

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies
These melt in your mouth and are absolutely wonderful! I doubled the batter but didn't change a thing with the recipe. I will be bringing these to our holiday potlucks this year at work!

Feta Cheese Turkey Burgers
I made this recipe into several meatloaves for my night to cook on our family vacation this summer and all 17 of us loved them! Not one person ate just a single portion, from the 5 year old to the 55 year old. Excellent recipe - I'm making them again tonight!
