Golden Pork Chops

A very delicious and no fuss meal. I did add a 1/2 cup of milk with the mushroom soup to give it a creamier texture. The chops came out very tender.

Fresh Asparagus and Chicken Casserole

I made this for my in-laws 3/2005 and the raves were great! Nothing left afterwards, everyone devoured it. A very simple recipe, quick and easy. I did use a multiple cheese blend with the parmesan.
