Grandma's Coconut Pies
I was going to make these pies for a church bake sale. I followed the directions to the letter, yet the filling turned out to be greasy lumps of coconut! I ended up throwing them away. What did I do wrong?

Carne Adovada
I tried it with a pork loin roast and marinated it for about 12-13 hours. I also added onions and green chilis to it. It wasn't spicy to my husband or me, but we really enjoyed it.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
This was great! I added some worcestershire sauce and then some fresh italian mushrooms and red potatoes. We'll be cooking this again soon!
