I added 2 Tbsp milk like another reviewer said and these came out wonderful. I tried one when they came out of the oven. I had my neighbors over last night for a Holiday Gathering and they are really enjoyed them I went to get another one to try and they were all gone.

Gary's Stuffed Mushrooms

I browned a 1 lb. roll of hot breakfast sausage drained fat and melted in the cream cheese then stirred together with the box of stuffing mix that I made. I used 2 pkgs. of large mushrooms and I still had 1/2 bowl of mixture left. When I made them I thought I made too many but, that wasn't the case at all they were the first to go,everyone loved them.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

This was very tasty. I just served it over plain rice, I should have served it over stir fried vegetables. I also just mixed up the ingred in a bowl and poured over chicken I did not put it on the stove first and the sauce was still thick.

Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie

This was a very easy pie to make and everyone said it was wonderful. I did cut down the water to 1 1/4 cups and added 1 tsp vanilla like someone suggested.

Lemon Meringue Pie III

Everyone at my work said this was a wonderful restaurant tasting pie. The only problem I had was were it says mix cornstarch and 1/3 cup water to make a smooth paste. There was no such thing as a smooth paste with 1/2 cup cornstarch and 1/3 cup water, it was concrete so I just added some of the boiling sugar/water mixture to try and make it a smooth paste. I did add a little yellow food coloring for the color. I will definitely make this again.

Sour Cream Mushroom Chicken

Quick Chili I

Next time I will use 2 cans of Kidney beans or I will rinse the can of Pinto beans. When I opened the can of pinto beans and added them I noticed they had a real salty smell to them. I did not like the taste the first day but the 2nd day it was good. I will try again

Microwave Peanut Brittle

This is the best peanut brittle. I love the way it has a very light airy texture. This will be on my Christmas goodie trays for the neighbors. I used a 1000 watt microwave and put it in for 9 min then 2min 45 seconds and it was perfect. I do recommend stirring the corn syrup and sugar before microwaving.

Coconut Cream Pie

I thought it needed more of a coconut flavor. If I make this again I will either use coconut extract or put some toasted coconut on top. The filling had a real good creamy texture.

Chicken Andouille Gumbo

Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle

This is a very good, easy recipe. I made 2 batches today. I will give this out to my neighbors along with other christmas goodies. The first batch I made with the 1 1/2 cups of nuts and the 2nd batch I made with just a little over 1 cup and they both were great.

Sweet Potato Pie II

This was a very easy recipe and my husband liked it alot. I think next time I will put foil around the edge of the pie and bake it a little while first. I like a brown flakey crust.

Creamy Pesto Shrimp

This was a very tasty dish and easy to make. I didn't want to buy a jar of pesto because I didn't know if I would use it so, I used made pesto with the package of pesto mix that you just added olive oil and water to.
